This PAIA Manual has been prepared in accordance with Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2 of 2000 ("PAIA") and the regulations thereto, and in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 ("POPIA").
1. Introduction
Spheres Brand Consulting Emporium ("the Company") is a private body as defined in PAIA. This Manual provides an outline of the types of records held by the Company and the procedure to be followed by requesters seeking access to such records.
The purpose of this Manual is to promote transparency and accountability, while protecting personal and confidential information in accordance with applicable legislation.

7. Access to Records
Access to records will be granted in accordance with PAIA, subject to:

The Company reserves the right to refuse access where permitted by law.
8. Request Procedure
A requester seeking access to records must:

Pay the prescribed request fee (if applicable)
Requests may be submitted electronically via email.
9. Request Fees
Fees are charged in accordance with the PAIA Regulations.

A fee estimate will be provided prior to processing the request.
10. Grounds for Refusal of Access
Access to records may be refused on the grounds set out in PAIA, including but not limited to:
