What’s Included
2 × Ovation Pull-Up Banners (0.85m x 2m)
Lightweight aluminium frames with disassemblable support poles and a clever base that doubles as a storage compartment. Each banner features a single-sided, interchangeable PVC display skin, allowing you to update your messaging with ease. The frames fold down to a compact size and include replacement PVC skins and black polyester Oxford carry bags.

  • Returns & Exchanges Policy

    Spheres Brand Consulting Emporium

    We take great care in sourcing, packaging, and delivering our products. Because many of our items are curated, customised, or handled with intention, we operate an exchange-only policy.

    No Returns

    We do not offer refunds or returns on any products sold through Spheres Brand Consulting Emporium.

    Exchanges for Faulty Items

    Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt.

    To qualify for an exchange:

    • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
    • Proof of purchase is required
    • The fault must not be due to misuse, normal wear and tear or accidental damage

    Once approved, the item will be exchanged for the same product or, if unavailable, an item of equal value.

    Items Not Eligible for Exchange

    The following items are non-exchangeable:

    • Customised or personalised products
    • Gift packs, hampers or bundled items
    • Sale or clearance items
    • Digital products or downloadable content

    Reporting a Fault

    Please report faulty items by emailing spheresemporium@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including:

    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Clear photographs of the fault

     

    Shipping Costs

    • Shipping costs for approved exchanges due to faults will be covered by Spheres Brand Consulting Emporium
    • Exchanges requested for any other reason (if approved at our discretion) will require the customer to cover shipping costs

    Final Note

    We reserve the right to assess all exchange requests and make a final determination. This policy is in place to ensure fairness, quality control, and care for all our customers.
