The secure screw-on lid has a drinking port with a cap which can be closed when you’re on the move, and popped open when you wish to sip from it.

    No Returns

    We do not offer refunds or returns on any products sold through Spheres Brand Consulting Emporium.

    Exchanges for Faulty Items

    Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt.

    To qualify for an exchange:

    • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
    • Proof of purchase is required
    • The fault must not be due to misuse, normal wear and tear or accidental damage

    Once approved, the item will be exchanged for the same product or, if unavailable, an item of equal value.

    Items Not Eligible for Exchange

    The following items are non-exchangeable:

    • Customised or personalised products
    • Gift packs, hampers or bundled items
    • Sale or clearance items
    • Digital products or downloadable content

    Reporting a Fault

    Please report faulty items by emailing spheresemporium@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including:

    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Clear photographs of the fault

     

    Shipping Costs

    • Shipping costs for approved exchanges due to faults will be covered by Spheres Brand Consulting Emporium
    • Exchanges requested for any other reason (if approved at our discretion) will require the customer to cover shipping costs

    Final Note

    We reserve the right to assess all exchange requests and make a final determination. This policy is in place to ensure fairness, quality control, and care for all our customers.

     

  • Delivery will be within 14 working days, delay will only occur if there is branding needed and there are delays with approvals.
